Individual Therapy

Helping you set your truest self free.

“After working with Danielle I allowed parts of myself to exist that I had long ago unknowingly locked away.  It was wonderful to find more of myself and bring a greater fullness of life.”

Whatever it is you’re going through right now, I want you to know - there’s nothing wrong with you.

It’s not your fault. Your pain is valid.

My job is to create a safe space for you to untangle all the emotions and experiences that have kept you stuck, so that you can start to breathe - and live - freely again.

There are no emotions too big or thoughts too ‘messed up’ for this room.

I will meet you where you feel the shame, and help you undo it.

Together, we will make it OK to be your WHOLE self again.

While each therapeutic journey is unique, these are phases we’ll walk through together.

01. untangle

We’ll unpack past experiences and relationships to make sense of the patterns in your life. I’ll help you slow down the difficult moments so that you can see the choices you actually have.

02. reclaim

We’ll give voice to any pain that you’ve had to numb or deny. By reclaiming all of you, you’ll start to hear and trust your inner voice, and live in a way that feels more authentic.

03. reimagine

Knowing that you are enough will change the way you move through the world. We’ll rebuild your relationship with yourself and others, and reimagine what’s possible in your life.

04. liberate

Owning who you truly are - both the soft and the fierce - is what brings you fully to life. We’ll help you build the resilience to keeping feeling it all, so that stay free beyond our time together.

Your pain is not the enemy; it is a messenger, trying to tell you what needs love and healing.

Moving into the pain can feel scary, but if you let me walk with you, I can help you emerge more free and whole.

I won’t just be a passive observer. I’ll be right there in the trenches with you. My goal is to the be the emotionally safe person you’ve maybe never had, so that you can be fully, unapologetically yourself with me. That’s how we’ll get underneath all the layers and set your true self free.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is working with you like?

I take a relational approach to therapy, meaning I'm not just a passive observer, but an active participant in your therapeutic journey. Working with me hopefully feels like working with a deeply caring person whom you can be unaplogetically yourself with. By engaging in a radically honest, fully human relationship with you, we'll be able to bring your relational patterns alive in the room and, in real-time, change and heal.

How will I know if we're a good fit?

Choosing the right therapist to reveal your heart to can of course feel daunting. That's why I offer free discovery calls so that you can ask me any questions, and get a real feel for what it's like working with me before you make any decisions. A successful therapeutic relationship is built entirely on trust and honesty. If, for whatever reason, I don't feel I'm the best person to support you, I will let you know.

To find out if we're a good fit, just get in touch for an obligation-free call.

How much does a session cost?

Individual sessions are 45 minutes at $180 a session.

How long does therapy last?

We'll know you're ready to move beyond therapy when you've developed the self-trust to hear your inner voice, and live life in a way that's true to that knowing. For most people, this looks like weekly sessions for 1-3 years. Ultimately, you get to choose what works best for you.

Do you take insurance?

I am considered an out-of-network provider. If you have a diagnosis, I can provide you with a superbill after every appointment which contains all of the information your insurance company will need to reimburse you. I encourage you to consult with your insurance to find out about your out-of-network benefits.
